I booked our honeymoon with ECDI in August of this year (2018). The initial condo I was interested in, I paid the deposit on. The next day I got a call from East Coast, and they said the owner of the Condo was moving in and that it was no longer available. They offered me a new condo at a lower rate. I went ahead and booked it and paid for it in full. I received a receipt and confirmation. All that was lacking was the Final Confirmation Information Email. It includes things like the address of the condo, the door code, and check in instructions. I never received this. I have emailed & called multiple times with no response. Beware. I am searching for legal council now to get my full refund.
