Ordered masks (2 K-BOW Mask) Product Sku EE-0365-03). in December and they were finally delivered in April. They were defective upon delivery. 5 months later after several emails they respond saying the defect was my fault due to misuse. Absolutely ridiculous, I never even had a chance to use them as one was missing a vent valve completely and they other one had no filters in the valve. Cost me $70 dollars.
Paid 40.00 for child sized item that was for sale elsewhere for $15.00. But the add claimed superior item performance and other BS claims.
