Identified self as Elvis Boswell. Offered to sell partial/small load of asphalt remaining from nearby job at $6/square ft. Would come back next day after completing job. Price is about double rate of reputable company. When arrived, was whole load of asphalt. Our personal checked cashed within 15 minutes. Total cost paid $5000. No address of business on card or contract signed. We initially expected product/service to be <$1000 since was supposed to be only a small amount enough to pave only driveway entrance.
