Received phone call that I was in debt from 1999 for hospital stay in Mansfield OH. I have never been hospitalized and there has been no family member in the Mansfield hospital system. I told them I would not pay and they offered deal of $300 for over $600 bill. This was to include payment by WalMart cards and they would call back to get the scratched off numbers. Scammer phone number is 844-597-3926. They followed up the phone call with a letter and that is how I found out about the Hospital and location. No account numbers or anything was included.
