Called telling me that he was a serviceman for Dusquesne Light and he had a work order to shut off our electricity. (First mistake, we don’t use Dusquesne Light for our electricity!) Having gone through this before over a year ago, I told him it wasn’t true and hung up. Call originated from Washington, PA
