I’m so confused on weather this is a legit business or not. It’s so poorly run you can never get ahold of anyone, they never reply to emails, it’s a “debt collector” so I don’t want to eventually get XXX over by not paying. But they make zero initiative to let me know what I owe, I don’t have anything sent to me. I still owe $2,000 they say. I just feel like I’m paying money to some phony. The guy who finally answered my call and told me what I owe answered and had no idea how to spell, sounded so frazzled like he was the guy running the show, he didn’t give his name or didn’t legally go over with me that “this is a debt collections agency blah, blah, blah”. I just feel very weird about it!
