Type of a scam Debt Collections
A woman named Christina Spring called from a private number, claims to have a summons for me and she needs to deliver it either to my home or place of business accompanied by authorities..in the next 24-48 hours. She has my last four of my social and stated I needed a witness to verify the summons. she left a file number saying to call due processing center and give file number to receive more information.
I however did not call her back, I know for a fact that if you have a summons they do not contact you before hand. They just show up. Its a total scam.
