This call was solicited to my wife for air duct cleaning, whole house for $39.95! didn’t matter how many ducts or registers.
Appointment made for 7.21.2018 @ 10:00 am, prompt arrival. quick walk partially through house, inspected crawl space and came back with a list of problems that had to be fixed from mold to leaking water and wanted $1500.000. refused to clean anything other than the dryer duct for the $39.95. he was sent away with no work done and no money exchanging hands. nothing in writing was given.
I got home from work at about 3:00 pm to the A/C not working. I checked thermostat and breaker panel they are OK. power must be off at the furnace in the crawl space. my wife called the number back on the check list he left with us (nothing filled out on it) which was answered by a call service. she got a call back about 1/2 hour later, the person who was here earlier in the day (Ronald, phone 360-433-7220 caller ID) stated that most likely the power was off at the furnace but he would not come back and turn it on because she was mean to him. (she refused his scam and threatened to report him to the BBB). we found someone to go into the crawl space and turn the furnace on and inspect for damage. I cannot physically get at the furnace.
