Received a call from a Frank Novak who stated he was with DTC from Washington DC in the U.S. Government Accountability Office. They stated she was the winner of Get Lucky Sweepstakes that was delayed from a payout in November. He said the reason she was just being contact is they had 3 total winners and they stated the other 2 were taking care of and she was the last to be notified. He did not ask for any personal name. He just her First & Last Name, Address and Phone number. She then received a call from Mr. James Morgan in the claims department at 1.800.873.0924 and informed her she was the winner of $950,000 which would be paid out to her within 24-48 hours. They also stated she would have to pay $1000 in order to get the sweepstakes. The claim # she received was ASN35813. She did call back the claims department and the number just rings and then goes straight to a business signal.
