The man was very rude and threatening. He kept telling me that he had taken $399 out of my account to pay for a computer service I have never had. When I told him that, he became more threatening. He wanted me to purchase $500 in Walmart cards to refund the $399 plus I could keep the $500 in cards. He gave me one hour to do this, or he would block my computer and any others I would ever get, and also not refund my money. His company does something with PCs, and I have a Mac, but he said that didn’t matter. This is a very blatant scam, and I hope this keeps someone else from having to deal with this very rude, threatening person.
