Received an official looking letter with no return address, stating I needed to call them to purchase a "service plan" for my vehicle, since my factory warranty was about to expire. I called them and asked for their address, and they wouldn’t provide an address. I had recently acquired a vehicle and gotten the title switched to myself at the DMV.
