As many users of DressLily (and other various clothing retailers online) now know, this website, along with its "clothing" is a scam. They offer super low prices on apparel, which any sane person would understand is not going to arrive perfectly "as advertised", but for the price we’ve all learned to deal with the various idiosyncrasies that arrive along with the outfit. I myself was fine with this exchange until this week when I received an email from DressLily telling me that the sweater I had ordered over THREE WEEKS AGO, was not only out of stock, but not returning to stores. I was offered a replacement item of my choosing (none of which were like the original item I had ordered) and when I reached out to their customer service to explain why their actions were not only fraudulent, but against the law, I was met with cold indifference. They don’t care that they’re ripping off the customer, they got the money. The rest is my problem. Well sure enough, guess who’s not refunding my money now, due to "the length of time from when I ordered to when I requested a refund." This is a scam and highly illegal and I hope they get what’s coming to them.

We purchased 9 vests through from company through their website dresslilycom (may also be known as FARYAA INTERNATIONAL. The items did not fit and the material was poor quality so we contact them to return the items. Their return policy states that if you are unhappy with the products, you may return within 30 days. We had to open a ticket up online to contact them for return. We have been back and forth with them for 4 days regarding the return and they will not adhere to their policy. They asked us to send pics of the vests we received. I explained there is no damage to the item, we were just unhappy with the purchase. I sent pics anyway and still no response. They have continued to ignore our request and when you call the phone number, they are never open during any of the business hours that they state. When contacting them through Facebook messanger, they keep referring us back to their After Sales Department that is not answering our messages. We bought over 200 worth of vests (1 still has not been received), and they will not return the items that we are unhappy with.

I ordered a few dresses online at dresslily.com and received an email from them saying as a random security check I would need to send a copy of my credit card by photo or hard copy and also a copy of my drivers licence. The email went on to state that if I didn’t have a licence to send a copy of bank statement or utility bill.

I immediately canceled the order and it took several days to get confirmation. The confirmation stated that my credit card would be refunded in 10-15 business days. Which was also scetchy because they had said they couldn’t process payment until they received this proof, but apparently they had already charged my card.

I purchased a product from dress lily in February 2017… I was told to wait atleast 45 days for the item to be delivered. Unfortunately I waited too long…went past my window of filing a complaint. In June of 2017, I thought I’d give it one more chance. Purchased another item. Today is August 7, 2017… and I have yet to receive my product. I have filed a complaint and asked for a refund, but I keep getting the "run around" saying they will resent, and asking that I verify my address on my account. VERY FRUSTRATING. I will not purchase anything for this business again, and I suggest if you cherish your money, you shouldn’t either.

I ordered $124.00 worth of clothing from this company on January 28th, 2017. I paid thru my paypal account. Looking at my paypal account, the payment was made to "Hassan". As of this date, 2/16/2017, I have received one email from them back on 2/5/2017 stating that one out of eleven items I ordered had been shipped. It gave a tracking number, which gives no information at all. The shipping company’s name they give are DHL eCommerce, which when I call them, they gave me a line also. They gave me a phone number supposedly to Dress Lily, I got an answering machine. Number 1-669-721-9322. The website has no address listed anywhere. When you click on live chat, it says something about being out for a chinese holiday and will return on February 5, 2017, which it is well past that now.

When you order on Facebook, you tell them what you want, they take your money & never send you your order, they say you can use the chat to talk to them, but it never works, then they say to put in a support ticket & you do & all you get back is that they are looking into it & you never hear from them again.

I do want my money back, but they say they will give you store credit which is useless because you can order again and it will be the same.

The website advertises low price clothing and seems to target young women. My daughter thought the website was legit because they have numerous facebook reviews. She paid $25 for various clothing items and although we received an email stating the package was shipped, it hasn’t arrived yet and I suspect it never will.

She lost $25 from an Easter gift card and is heartbroken about this incident. There are thousands of people in the U.S. being scammed by this Chinese company and it should be forced out of business.

DressLily has a Facebook page and sponsors ads that have trendy, very inexpensive clothing items for sale. I clicked on the item and selected what I wanted (similar to what I’ve done with other Facebook ordering sites), and I purchased a gray, crochet sleeved shirt. Granted, it was only about $15, total, but I have waited and waited and waited for my order to arrive. I received one notification email saying my order had shipped. And I received a tracking code for China post. I used it a few times to check in, but it never really gave me much information about where my package actually was. In fact, it’s still "in transit," as it has been for the last few months. Their site says it will take 10-25 days to arrive once shipped. I contacted them several times about the status, with no response. So I am reporting them, because I bet others have had similar negative experiences with this group.

I bought 2 coats at first from this site.

They ask for a photocopy of my drivers license (I hid my file’s number) and for a copy of my credit card (I let only the 4 last digits). That is illegal.

Before waiting for my order, a friend wanted to shop in web. We went there and I made an other order.

The only proof of a package for shipment, is a ridiculous photo of a big grey plastic bag, wrapped sloppily with tape. The "tracking information" shows the package "leaving China".

I received my items. I laughed so hard for 30 minutes, I forgot I got scammed. Fabric is nylon instead of wool, the faux fur looks like a dead rat, the wholes for the buttons are not done and so on, I can continue listing all night long. I cannot imagine what I will receive on 2nd order.

No labeling in the clothes indicates the material and where it comes from, that is illegal too.

I reviewed (on their website) the order I got. They never posted it. They post only good reviews (think they make them).

I tried to open a ticket, never be able to, you have to enter a code (to see you are not a computer) and I always fail entering the numbers.

I tought: I’ll try the chat… Never open. Always closed.

I went in their Facebook page. Then I saw all the bad reviews.

I private messaged them to tell how bad the coats are.

They said: I’m so sorry, you have to make the holes yourself. And offered me 5% rebate on my next purchase.

I commented on some of their posts and replied to unsatisfied people (on their FB page).

The next morning I saw they blocked me.

I have reported them to the fraud dispute department at Master Card Canada and on CAFC (anti fraud Canada).

I sent something to Facebook too cause I saw the ad there.

Will also report them elsewhere, it has to stop.

Since 3 days, I am opening new Facebook accounts and I am warning ppl to not buy from them.

They block me EVERYDAY. I will continue to do that until they reimburse my orders.
