Even though right on the website it states that they will take back any returns as long as it hasn’t been worn, they refuse to do so. I received 4 pairs of pants and they were all supposed to be the same size, one I could pull on but not button, one I wasn’t able to get past my hips, and the other two wouldn’t even come close to going over my thighs. Disappointment and anger is all you get from this store. China is not a place to order ANYTHING from. This company should be made to take down their return policy and replace it with one that says good luck!

I ordered sone clothing, shoes and a purse abd first they took forever to arrive and when they did they were poor quality. When I tried to return them to get a refund I was told that I had to return it to Hong Kong and that I had to pay for the return. I was never guven an address to return the nerchandise despite emailing about a dizen times. Their website clearly states returns are no problem abd beither are refunds. Their website also stares that merchandise ships from within the US none of this is true. They are nothing but a scam. Please investigate.

Ordered items per the size charts offered. sizing way off. items incredibly small. just wanted to return and exchange. no response for days, then only "you have to pay return shipping to China". that is all. no phone number, no address, no sorry, no exchange offer. nothing. I said I would pay just to make them have to mess with it at their end and requested address yet again. same response…."you have to pay return shipping to China". Nothing else. They have huge red banner on website about guaranteed returns. I just wish they weren’t allowed to have website up.

When my dress arrived on 10/8/2016 it was at least 3 if not 4 sizes too small. I have emailed them at the email address they provide on their website. They have not responded to the multiple emails that I have submitted.
