I ordered a screen magnifier for my cell phone and paid the 2-5 day expedited shipping on Dec 19th, 2019. I recieved a bogus tracking number for DHL. Product never arrived. I have emailed them repeatedly, recieved no answer. I tried calling their support number and it claims the voice mailbox is full. They even claim to be members of the BBB.
