My family communicated with the farm regarding purchasing a puppy that they had for sale. After sending us photos of two different puppies claiming that each one was the one we were going to be getting, they requested a deposit from us. We then were told that we weren’t going to get a puppy at all and told us that they would send us a refund – then they never sent the refund AND then blocked us from social media.
