Type of a scam Online Purchase
Purchased watch set (6 watches) received only 5, and 1 was defective. After receiving no response from this company on replacements, I Went through PayPal to dispute. “Dreamily” said they were sending out replacement watches, would provide shipping information, and that I was NOT to return the defective ones. They also asked if I would then drop the dispute. After 2 weeks of receiving nothing, and the dispute was not dropped, they contacted PayPal to say they actually needed the items returned first, but that I was to pay for the shipping TO CHINA myself! The kicker— PayPal asked that I do this in order to receive my refund!! So wrong on so many levels from both ”Dreamily” and PayPal!!
