This company that is operated by Marquita Thompson advertised homes on Craiglist and that they offer second chance homes to people who are looking to get into a home but don’t have perfect credit. They list their contact information next to all the homes, and then set up an appointment ith a enrollment fee of 175 and 75 per additional family members in a money order, five dollars for credit check and then I later found out that the enrollment fee was for credit restoration. then she gives you a list of homes that you supposed to qualify for based on your credit and a portal to see that listing which I could never pull up so she sent the listing to my daughter for another 75 dollars and five dollar credit check so when I asked her to send info on the homes from Craiglist she took 3 days to respond and said that I will be out looking with an agent and texted back and said those 3 out of 4 homes was already rented out but never heard from her in a week no agent to view homes with can’t reach her by phone or text she doesn’t respond.
