They ship package internationally with a fee, never inform about status, 3 weeks after they email the recipient (not the sender who paid for services) the package has been stolen, they don’t respond over the phone and when inquiring via email they tell you that the email is not recognized and therefore they can not answer any questions. Invoice was done in Spanish although is a US the business. I lost money in delivery plus the value of the package I sent.
