I bought 2 recliner luxury camping chairs on May 17 that have never arrived. I used PayPal and they filed a claim also. I spent $39.98 and have received nothing except “my order has been received” by the company. I got the same 2 small footstools that others have received. Did anyone ever get chairs when ordering from this crook!
Put in order 4 months ago still havent received my order or a responce.
My experience is the same. I ordered 2 camp chairs & ended up with NOTHING . They say I did. I did not.!

Same as everyone. Ordered a reclining camping chair back in May. Received two POS footstools aug 20th after multiple emails of where they were after 3 months of waiting. They offered a partial refund for these cheap POS footstools. DO. NOT. USE. THEM.
I too ordered the chairs. I received footstool that were about 6 inches high. I filed for a refund through PayPal and they rejected it because this scam company said they shipped a product. Total scam.
I ordered from a video on a game 2 luxury reclining camping chairs. 2 1/2 months later I got some ridiculous tiny folding chairs. Maybe a small child could use them. The chairs were 2 for $38.98 and are advertised for $16.98 They kept talking about some chairs with canopy’s for $159 each. I finally got them to return half of my money. These were a gift and this was so frustrating. I paid $20 for garbage that will never be used. Picture 1 was what the video was and what was listed on my order. Picture 2 is what my niece received. This company is a scam. It is unlikely I will ever order like that again.

I also ordered the reclining chair and received the little foot stool or whatever it’s supposed to be. Told me that what I ordered and apologized for confusion. Offered me 30% refund. Refused told them I have no use for product want to return at their expense and full refund. They haven’t responded back so far that was this morning. If no full refund after I will be going through my PayPal account and let them handle it.

A follow up status request on 9 June, 9 July and the latest on 19 July , all have resulted in rejected email addresses.After 90 days, and no response to my inquiries, I have lost all confidence in this company. DO NOT buy from them! I will now challenge my payment for a refund due to non-receipt of merchandise.
Received a doll sized foot stool instead of a camping chair?
I ordered a rocking camp chair in may I did get an email from someone saying they would get back with me after a month. Then month later nothing. I just recieved the same doll size camp stool that some of you got. What a scam. I reported to my bank. They refunded my $ and are looking into it. Wish I could report to Facebook but don’t know how

I ordered 2 of the luxury hammock chairs back in May.
After realizing that my order changed from luxury to ordinary I immediately emailed the Dragonert. I requested in the email to cancel the order for the ordinary chairs and exchange them for the luxury ones. Have never received a confirmation email from them nor have I received my product.

I ordered 2 folding swing chairs in May and today a package can and it was 2 small or itty bitty stools that you might be able to rest your feet on. I tried to track the shipment but email and phone were not real so I had given up on them showing up because it has been almost 2 months and then these stools show up and I am really pissed off and these folks should be in jail for doing this kind of stuff.

I lost my money already and hope you see my complaint and don’t buy from them! I saw the Luxury Recliner Camp Chair advertised on social media. I placed an order for 2. I received the “Ordinary” camp chair. I thought it was a mistake but after looking online realize it was intentional deceptive advertising. The web page show the “Luxury” chair but my order confirmation has the item listed as Item: RECLINER LUXURY CAMP CHAIR – CAMPING CHAIR ORDINARY and it is a tiny little stool. I tried contacting them for returns but the email and phone number are fake. I lost $39.98
I wish there was something we could do. I complained so much, they actually refined half but I have no use for the crap I received. The recliners were a gift for my niece and her husband and they received those awful, useless items

Received an email that the 2 recliner luxury camp chairs, that I ordered, had been shipped May 16th. The email addresses and “view your order” button do not go anywhere. I can not contact anyone to find out where my order is or to cancel my order.

I ordered 3 of the recliner luxury camp chairs a month ago and still have not received anything and there is no tracking history. Tried to email them but both emails bounce back when trying to contact them for information.

My wife decided to surprise me and order us two of them, but after she ordered I noticed ti had a sub description CAMPING CHAIR ORDINARY
that was a very basic camping chair and had one picture of it in the description, but the rest of the page was the fancier chair. Please research these people and put them out of business before they take somebody for some substantial $$.
