Type of a scam Online Purchase
Purchased this as I was in a ton of pain due to my neck hurting. Got this product that supposedly helped with my type of issue. Most of the products that I look into have a money-back guarantee including return shipping. This however, does not. This in and of itself is not too egregious but the fact that it came from China was not disclosed prior to my purchasing it! I had to return it on my dime to CHINA! It cost $35 so I am pretty sure it will cost that much to return so what’s the point?
