After waiting one month for the product, received a defective unit, and now an additional month and a half later and 34 return requests, Dr Pen continues to make excuses as to why they cannot accept a return at this time. All products are made in China – do not believe any are made in US – it is a false claim. See BBB review – F rating and not accredited. Address is a PO Box and phone number never connects you to a real person. Parent company is based out of China – see Ekai Tech.

Took a month to receive the product ,and finally after receiving it didn’t work. They have now refused to process a return after 32 email requests and a month and a half saying that they cannot accept returns due to “Heavy Congestion” at the warehouse. I provided a photo showing the adapter plugged in with a green light, but no power nor light on the unit when plugged in. They responded “It has to be plugged in.” Photo clearly showed it was plugged in. Now they tell me it is their policy to send video. But yet their website says 1, 2, 3 process for instant refund – yet to receive a refund – 2.5 months after purchase.

This company claims to be the only authorized seller of the Dr. Pen microneedling device. They claim to offer life time warranty and 100 days of guaranteed satisfaction. When I asked for proof of these things, they ignored my emails entirely. When the product came (damaged), in the instruction guide it claimed to only offer 6 months of warranty. After researching this product online, I see they have scammed many people. I would like to return this item and get a refund ASAP, i do not understand why they are getting away with this.
