Dr.Pen

Call your bank or credit card company and file a claim against your purchase. I had the same experience and finally received the product after a month, and it didnt work. The only response I have received from them about a return and refund is that they are unable to accept returns at this time due to being short-staffed due to Covid-19. What a scam.

I was told my shipping would be 2-3 days but could encounter slight delays due to COVID, which was no problem. However, it’s now been a month and the tracking number they originally sent me from DHL says it is no longer valid. They sent an email stating that they will not refund since it has already shipped but will not return my emails regarding the now invalid tracking number. When you call you are never actually given the option to speak with a staff member. I believe Dr. Pen to be a scam.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased the microneedling pen and was sent a confirmation number and it said itll be shipped in a couple days. I then recieved a email at 5 am saying it was shipped along with a tracking number. I go to click on the tracking number and it says its invalid on the mailing company website. I contacted the mailing company and they told me they dont recgonize that tracking number in their system and also looked it up on USPS to see if its their tracking number and it was the samething, invalid. I thought it was legit because it said they dont resell on any other website and dont buy from anywhere else because it can mess up your skin. It was some red flags like not being able to click on the reviews on the website and also it said i would be sent a pdf guide of instructions on how to use the pen but never recieved it. I tried calling and emailng them but no responce.
