Type of a scam Phishing
I am an aspiring filmmaker, and have received an email from this "company" claiming the following:
"Have your Film or Television Project optioned for $15,000. We will be awarding 3 option packages in July of this year. Each package includes $15,000 up front payment upon signing-locking the project in for only 12 months to secure a full development deal"
There is no information to back this up, no names, no phone numbers, mail address seems to be fake, too. All they reveal:
"WHO WE ARE
A consortium of agents, film executives, independent filmmakers, investors, lawyers, and managers seeking fresh high quality dark content at accesible budgets to entertain audiences and profit from the rising need for content in todays global market place."
