I ordered a product online a crossover bag for runners Nov 18. The tracking number they gave me states that it is still prepping for shipment. The generic email stated that it was in transit. 2 1/2 weeks ago. And still no product. I have ordered from another site that is also bejing based received it in 2 weeks. Found an ad on a runner’s page advertising the company.
