Type of a scam Rental
In Benton County, you need to be a licensed business if you have over 3 rentals. These individuals have well over 3 rentals in various names and do not follow the landlord Tenant laws of Washington state. They will do anything to benefit themselves. Even commit tax fraud and insurance fraud. They come across as a nice family until it comes time to leave, even with proper notice, they attack your character, threaten you and when you leave retaliate against you. They refused to return my security deposit and added bogus charges upon my exit. Never provided receipts, never made repairs, as a matter of fact never completed a walkthrough check list until 13 months later. I feel completely victimized! they are cruel.
