I am the manager of a small business and received a call that a technician was on his way to shut off our power because of unpaid bills. I was asked if I had received the notification then told I should contact the business owner. I asked for a number to call back and received the one listed above. I then contacted Dominion using the phone number on my last billing statement and used the automated system to determine that the balance on our account is $0. I guess I’ll call you back if our power is turned off today.
