Type of a scam Utility
Caller claimed to be a dominion tech who would be shutting off power in 20 min. Gave a number (above) to call to make payment. Call menu sounded like a legit Dominion number, but once I spoke to someone they were claiming months of unpaid bills and said to avoid shut off I had to go to Walgreens, get a money order and call back with the number.
