I ordered a product online from this company in May 2018. The amount of approximately $35 cleared my bank the next day. Over the next 2 mos, I emailed customer service as I didn’t get my merchandise. They have no phone # for service. I finally got an answer that said they had been back logged but I should get it w/in 2 weeks. Another month went by & I requested them to not mail me anything, just wanted a refund. Got no answer &, a month later, finally received a package that was smashed & merchandise was broken. The policy they have needs a picture of the broken thing before they would refund but they have no address to mail it back to & they don’t answer any emails. I don’t have a phone that I can send pictures with. When I got on line, there was no indication this was based in China & I was also charged a minimal foreign fee. That didn’t make me feel good but they are refusing to even answer me. They are a worthless company.
