Countless times I’ve attempted to "adopt" a dog that was promised to me. She promised me a time and location as well as a ten week old Yorkie/poo….with 3 attempted meets, FAILED. Everytime. Absolutely heart breaking as I’ve purchased most 300$ worth of puppy food, puppy pads etc.
