They offered a free dog collar, and asked (reasonably) for you to pay shipping. After paying the $6 for shipping I realized I gave them the wrong address. I emailed them immediately and got an automated response, followed by what seemed like a real person following up and asking for account info. After giving the necessary information, I again got a final automated response that they are “dealing with high volumes of orders etc.” It has been a month and I have requested that they cancel my order and threatened to report them, still no response. I’m not worried about $6, but I’m annoyed someone can get away with scamming a bunch of people and getting a large sum of money in the scamming business.
