I was contacted by the company claiming they will assist with loan forgiveness program for a fee for paperwork of $400. After 6 months I kept receiving statement from loan company I called they said they never received any applications I called the document relief company and they claimed it was submitted now I go to their website and says the company doesn’t exist anymore they changed the company name from "document relief program"to "docuhelpexpressinc"with the same company address but different phone number, the reason I know is because when I hired them for loan forgiveness program they provided a log in so I can check the status on my account/application and this docuhelpexpressinc" appears. They continue to scam people claiming they can help with loan forgiveness by changing company name and phone numbers!

The business claimed to offer a way for me to complete a student loan forgiveness. However, after paying my fees for 5 months totaling $800. I have not received any information from them. I try to contact them by their telephone and no one answers.

Claims to grant student loan Forbearance or forgiveness for paying a large sum of money for document preparation, only for you to get a phone call from your loan servicer to tell you that you owe money still and you are not only not in forbearance, but will not be forgiven.
No Loan servicer will make you pay money to prepare files. There is no point in paying out the wazoo for something you wouldn’t have to pay for in the first place.
The shadiest part is that they do it by your income. Because I personally have a minimum wage job, they set mine up in small payments.
Others have had to pay anywhere around $1000 to $3000.
They request your SSN, FAFSA account information, address, email, and credit/debit card number.
I am having mine resolved and threatened legal action.
