I am reporting this company called DL SU[PPORT, also online as Florida Limited Liability Company. They a website which advertises that you can renew your driver’s license and at the same time they are supposed to send you information on doing it for $29.95. I called them and they said they would refund my money in 48 hours but all I received was a letter saying they would do that, no money back on my credit card. They have 2 people listed, Kenneth Figueira and Goncalves Joao listed as their mgr. and directors. They are a ripoff and I hope you can catch them and put them out of business.
