Total money lost $600

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I got an email that looked to be from Costco. The email explained that if I filled out the online survey, I could have a chance at a $50 Costco gift card. At the end of the survey, the website explained that there were no more gift cards left and that I could chose from the following options, one of which was skin cream. I went ahead with that even though it required that I pay the shipping. It was not explained that I was then signed up for a shipment of skin cream and eye serum from then on. My credit card had been charged almost $600 since. They refused to reimburse the whole amount (minus the original shipping) unless I return all of the product. I have since thrown away the product because I did not order it. I will be contesting these charges with my credit card as well as filing this complaint.
