Type of a scam Online Purchase
When I ordered an item from this company through Facebook, I expected the item to look the same as the picture and the how they described the item. The item was supposed to be cotton not polyester. When I received it, it looked nothing like the picture and the material of the item was completely different. I contacted the company and requested a refund and explained to them that the item was NOT how they described. They told me I could send it back but that I would have to pay for shipping. I told them this was unacceptable due to the false advertising they committed. I understand when you return an item, sometimes the company will make you pay for shipping, but in this case, they should have reconsidered knowing that they had been accused of false advertising. This company still advertises on Facebook today. This really is about their false advertising and not about the money I am out.
