I received a call from Mike Florence of Distant Palms Vacations about a special rate for an Orlando vacation. I was told the total price was $799 and with a down payment of $346.84 they would take the rest out in payments of $166 a month through March. I went to the website but could not pull up any specific information on the Orlando trip and was told that I would not be able to until I paid in full. Within 8 days they had taken approximated $932 out of my debit card. I froze the account and contacted them and was told that Mike no longer worked there. Everyone else had a foreign accent. After they took all the money and more I again asked why I can’t see any or the Orlando information and was told that they no longer offer the trip. Only international vacations. I asked for a refund and they refused. When I received my packet in the mail in came from CP 77500 Cancuun Q.Roo, Mexico.
