Type of a scam Online Purchase
In July, I received my WorkStride Mastercard and decided to buy a Gift Card with the merchant Disney Gift Card that is listed. The transaction was on the phone due their web site was not working. The lady that took my order told me that I would receive my Gift Card between 7 and 10 business days. I did not receive anything. I called last week and the lady on the phone told me that delivery is taking 20 business days. I requested a tracking number but she said that they don’t have one. I called again today and the representative told me that my address was wrong in the order, she said that was my fault and they are not responsible. How are they not responsible if they wrote my information? She said that they gave the card to the post office on July 15th but they are not responsible for anything, if the gift card was lost or whatever they are not responsible. She said that they don’t have tracking numbers, they can’t cancel the card and send me a new one. I think this is not right. They should be responsible for what they sell and I definitely want to dispute that transaccion because I fell robbed.
