I purchased a Sharp 32" Roku TV for $99.99, a good price, but believable. When I paid using my charge card it diverted my funds through paypal to "Pancy". Made me suspicious, so I started checking into them. Many reports of material not received, money not returned, etc. Next morning I tried to check on my order on the website (they had acknowledged the order and I had an order number), and they said I had never placed an order. Tried to do online chat, and it never works. Their address listed on their website is fictitious and doesn’t exist. They are thiefs, plain and simple. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I purchased a computer for my classroom using my Teacher EEF money and I have yet to receive my computer. Each time I check online, it says "shipped" with no Tracking #. There’s no authentic customer service, just an online chat. Each time I try to reach someone on the online chat about my order, it says "all agents are busy, please try again in 15-20 minutes." It’s one thing to scam me but you’re taking money from a state-issued credit card. This money is hard to come by and I really needed this laptop for my classroom.
