The same happened to me, on July 9, 2020. I ordered three pairs of Keens, and POOF! Nothing. I also took a screen shot. Must’ve been a premonition, because I was cleaning out my desktop of shortcuts and found the screenshot where I ordered the shoes. I kept telling my daughter that I KNEW I’d ordered those shoes. Live and Learn.

Site offers Keene shoes at a discounted price. I placed an order. The following day I researched the site. Reviews stated that orders were never received. I attempted to log into the site with the email and password I used when I submitted my order. Repeated attempts only brought up a blank page. When I placed my order it said they would send a confirmation email. I did not receive one. I did however have a screen shot of the order so I was able to email them the order number and tell them I wish to cancel my order. So far no response. Charges are still pending on my account.
