My mom was looking for help for a medical issue and these people contacted her. They were very official and promising. They took her card. While she was on the telephone with the gentleman, she gave him her credit card number for the amount of $4.95. During this process, the cc company called my dad and asked if this was he approved this charge. He did not and cancelled his card (without talking to my mother). On my mom’s end the card was declined. My mom hung up and moved on. The company called my mom back many times harrassing her for another form of payment to process her medical needs.
