They come to your home unsolicited. Following fire trucks is how they find out that you have a flood or fire at your home. Then they make you sign a bunch of paperwork telling you that they will get your home reconditioned restored so you can live in it very quickly again. What they don’t tell you is that you’ll be living in a hotel for a year and they still will not be started on your home. They make you sign your insurance over to them so they get all the money they charge for services that they are not performing on your home stealing tens of thousands of dollars from your insurance company. Their quality of work is horrible. They charge your insurance company for entire home rebuild. Yet all they do is do a poor paint job and call it done and it takes a year to complete.
