Type of a scam Credit Cards
Robocall from (caller ID info: DISA, Inc. 281-673-2571) recording says this is the final notice to receive a lower interest rate on my credit card…press 1 for more info. I pressed #1 because I don’t even OWN a credit card and want to see what the scammer had to say. A man came online and said, "you pressed #1 so we can lower the rate on your credit card right?"
Me: "Yes I did. Which card?"
DISA Rep: "That would be your VISA card today, ma’am."
Me: "Well, that’s funny. I don’t USE nor do I even OWN a credit card! This is the THIRD time y’all have called me and this the third time I’ll ask you to remove me from your list! In fact, you need to cut the crap, get a job, and quit trying to steal people’s information!"
DISA Rep: Hung up without another word.
