I received a call today from this lady (name unknown) claiming to be with Jennings Roberts and Associates. She claimed there was a federal legal case against me and my husband for a loan we had supposedly taken out in 2011-2012. She claimed that the loan was for $903.13. I told her I haven’t taken out a loan. She said no you did 5-6 years ago with false information. She had my old address, old email address, former place of employment and my maiden name. I explained people do get married, change jobs and move. Her response was yes in order to take out fraudulent loans to not repay. I asked her for copies of the documents for this loan and she explained I would be allowed to see them during my first appearance in Federal Court. I asked her where this office was located and she would not tell me. I told her my caller ID showed Fort Worth, Texas. She proceeded to curse at me, telling me how ignorant I was, she wasn’t in Texas. Then she hung up. I have tried calling back and have gotten another lady on the phone who gave a different business name of Associated Media or something.

Recieved a call today stating i would be summonsied and be serviced court papers if i did not pay on a paydayloan by only credit card or pre-paid visa. They gave us the name of Sara Smith and company name of Direct Cash Loan out of Walkerton IN. They said they could not re-send me any information via e-mail or mail and would file it as fraud. Then they said they would file I-9. This is a scam and tried to get me to pay 834.00 today. they need to be stopped!
