Received a phone call from 786-206-1530. The message said it was ? Karen Trevino from Direct Capital calling in regards to a complaint filed towards Social Security card number ending in 2833. She stated "it is very important that we go over the details of the complaint as well as preliminary actions to have this matter resolved voluntarily. Please contact my office today at toll free 888-813-6369. If you neglect to acknowledge this call you will forfeit right to voluntary restitution as of March 15, 2016 you have been officially notified. "
We do not have any account with Direct Capital. Social Security number is inaccurate. We did not return the call.
