I placed an order 3/14/2020. When placing an order it is said the process can take 3-4 weeks. After a month (4/16/2020 to be exact) I reached out to customer service and they told me my order was shipped already but I never received any confirmation. I was assured they were going to help but then no response. I reached back out 5/6/20, no response. Reached out again on 5/9/20 and was told my order would be shipped soon. I received an email saying my order was shipped 5/22/20 but the tracking hasn’t been updated since. In between this time period, the business also has been stocking new items so I placed another order on 6/10/20, thinking that the first order was delayed due to covid-19. I reached out to support on 6/15/20 (in regards to the first order) and was told they were shipping orders throughout the week. I finally requested a refund on 7/5/20 for the first item and was told my order has definitely been shipped but the tracking has yet to be updated. I received an email in regards to the second order I placed being shipped on 7/7/20 but the tracking for that has not been updated yet either. They are both “awaiting to be dropped off with the carrier.” I reached out to customer support once again on 7/14/20 but have yet to get any response. On social media (Twitter) there are multiple other people who have gone public about having the same experience with this business.
