Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I ordered some items online from this company. A few days later I received a phone call and an email saying that if I do not call them back my order will not be processed. So I called them back and was told I could get a better item for the same price and they would upgrade me for free. They also said that I needed a different memory card and a battery charger. The original receipt they gave me was itemized and added up to $867.29. However after the phone call they charged me $1099.00 and listed the same items with the difference of one memory card which I was told was over $100 and later found out was only nine dollars. Each item was listed as zero dollars with only a total at the bottom. I called four times asking for an itemized receipt so I could see why I was being charged $200+ more and was never given one. Further they sent the wrong Camera which was not as good as the original camera I ordered. I asked to return everything in their ways fuse to do so unless I paid over $100 for a restocking fee. They were incredibly rude and mean and not helpful at all. It felt as if they were doing this on purpose as a way to make easy money. I believe they require the call back in order to upsell people in overcharge them in ways that they don’t understand and then don’t provide itemized receipts so there is no trace or proof of what was purchased. I was also missing items that they promised to send me and was lied to. I believe this business is either pushing other things and using the camera business as a cover or are profiting off of scamming people.
