The company offers a "trial" purchase of Ultimate Garcinia for $5.95 and then charges you $87.95 after 14 days if you do not cancel the order. They also "enroll" you in a continuing shipment setup where they continue to ship you a product and bill you $87.95 each month. NO where on the ad page is there any indication that the $5.95 is only a partial shipping charge and that you must cancel in 14 or else be billed for the product at $87.95. These conditions are hidden in fine print among many paragraphs dealing with computer and website information in their "Terms and Conditions" section on an entirely different web page. When the product is sent to you, no mention of having to cancel the order in 14 days is mentioned in the packing slip that is sent or that you will be billed an additional $87.95 in 20 days. This is a very sleazy way to do business and I fell victim to deceptive advertising and I would like to warn others about this scam. When I tried to obtain a refund of the charges, they refused and offered a 50% refund – thus they made money on me, an unsuspecting dupe.
