Purchased a pair of Acne Studios black/white high heels. Did not receive a tracking number. Attempts to contact via email no response. Reported to my bank for credit. Received in mail today (double the promised shipping timeframe) a pair of cheap, flat, red sandals. Value declared $5. No invoice enclosed or return address.
