On 8/29/18 I originally saw site advertised on Facebook offering "a free item". Customer only to pay shipping charge of $12.97. On this same day I purchased clothing and $12.97 was debited from my bank account. No phone number listed on website, only email address and mailing address. Once I realized this may be a fradulent website I attempted to reach out to company twice (8/29 & 8/30) using the provided email address to cancel my order. No response from company.

I was on Facebook when I first saw the ad for a 30 minute rush to get whatever I want for free and just pay shipping, I spent $17.97 and then did some research out of curiosity and looked at numerous pages, blogs, and customer reviews which have all shown Didddlegear is a scam and no one has ever received anything for what they payed even months after. I have tried numerous times to contact the site and emailed and called them and never got anything, I even heard voices for a second or so right before they hung up my call when I tried to call again. I have not even been able to get my money back or anything. I’m so pissed. I’ve tried calling my bank and fraud report and couldn’t get anything done to even cancel the transaction. All I could do was disable and block my card and get a new one so I wouldn’t have to worry about my card being stolen online and losing even more money. I can’t even find any information about their address or phone or anything. (The only way I was able to even call a number was a number someone had transferred me to saying it was them) 2486573728 is the number I was given. It was some number from Michigan

I bought products from this website and they haven’t sent me a reply and do not have ANY contact information on their website. No tracking number was given after purchase. It seemed too good to be true, so I was. Please help other people no get scammed and get my money returned.
