I booked a post move-out cleaning service with Diamond Shine Cleaners a company I found through Yelp. They responded quickly to my inquiries but had me book my actual appointment through their online website which required prepayment.
Once my booking was complete I received a confirmation email that I was scheduled for the following weekend. On the day they were supposed to complete service I received multiple calls that they were running late and then they ultimately did not show up at all. I contacted them multiple time for rescheduling, but they did not return my calls and I ultimately had to hire another company to complete the service.
On November 5, I contacted them regarding needing a refund for services not rendered. They let me know that it would be processed within the next 5-7 days. After this period of time had passed and the refund did not show up I contacted them again on November 13. They again told me my refund was coming. On November 30, I contacted them a third time. It is now December 8 and I still have not received a refund or any service whatsoever from this company.
