These people are not licensed with the State of IL or City of Chicago. The representative was rushed, did not care to inspect the roof appropriately, and wanted to close the deal without providing proof of his company license or a contract. All red flags. They are scam artists at its finest. Don’t be fooled by the man’s old age and shiny briefcase with samples of roofing materials.
